today was the last day for submission of the jae application.

of course i did submit mine. (:

i've decided to stick to the college and just get it over and done with so i can proceed to the U.

i need to work really really hard.

first choice was nanyang jc followed by innova and the rest were just random.

im really gonna get crazy these few weeks before the posting of the schools are out.

im just gonna miss everything in innova, especially 0824A (:

Boring Sunday:
i woke up early in the morning today, which is a miracle. somehow its more like a mistake.
due to mom's constant nagging, i have finally decided to pack my wardrobe!
e situation inside my wardrobe:
loads of clothes squeezing in a 1.5m long x 1m wide cabinet
just like 100 stalks of flowers fighting for the sunlight when being place in an enclosed area
im not exaggerating.

i managed to get it sort out after 2h
felt a great sense of satisfaction.:D
hope dajie won't mess it up again. PLEASE!
seeing my room in such a nice shape. i was so pleased with myself. haha

having chemistry test tmr. guess what, i cannot do a damn redox qns.
thus i left those qns in my tutorials blank ):

Saturday:
did not have dance class today
so i went to ngee ann poly open house.

he was a good guide who brought me around the school.

his friend brought us around the mfs block where i get to see all the different kinds of facilities used in tv production, deejaying, etc..
it was an eye opener for me.
because of that, it made me wanna do mass com so much.

the cut off point is like 11?!
but still i will wait till my results are released first.

had breeks for dinner and shop around.
i bought nothing which is quite saddening.

actually i shouldn't be blogging now but i just could not help it.
im going nuts from chemistry homework.
all the mole and calculations are driving me crazy!
it has been ages since i last sat down and do my work ever since after Olevels.
my brain has turned rusty.
its processing very very slowly to the point where i need 5mins to do a very simple qns.
how sad ):

i went to work this morning with mokzihan and wei xiang.
working with them is like total madness but it was fun.
i miss B&J, miss the people and most important of all
i miss ice cream! xD
i have totally no idea when i will next be working because i will be spending most of my time in school.
whatever it is i will make good use of the time spent in school this week to experience what real jc life is like before the results are released.

CCA selections today (:
actually its more like trials.
i have made up my mind, I'm joining cheer leading!
went to see those cheer leaders in action and participated in their activities too.
did some very basic stunts.
its a new experience for me.

actually i was contemplating btw modern dance and cheer leading.
the dance teacher said that we will get to perform for a concert regardless of whether we are staying in Innova.
but thank god i didn't sign up because their dance really... :x
maybe because its still new thus not very established.
the dance studio is so freaking small. maybe only one-third of what we have in xms.
okay, i shall stop complaining and comparing.

well, I'm doing my history homework now which is to find out the definition of HISTORY.
these lecturers are really interesting uh.

Back to School (:

attended quite a number of lectures today.
im still able to cope.
not too hectic, maybe because its the first day.
its quite diff from secondary school as we have to move from one LT to another to attend diff lectures. quite interesting tho.
and we have this independent learning time where students will do their own revision. but for us it was slacking time xD

bought my lecture notes and after browsing through it i know its gonna be tough man. or should i say its challenging
well, we shall see.

Orientation ended today ):
which means i will be having proper lessons from Monday onwards.
it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be.
In fact the whole event was totally awesome!
Btw this is gonna be a long one.
so just bear with me.

ASPERAZCA THE QUEST TO THE LOST RELICS

Day 1
after reporting to school, we were being separated into different empires and clans.
PERSIAN- my empire
Sogdians- my clan
Guo Jing & Donald- my Orientation Group Leaders
(you guys rock big time!)
welcome speech by e principal.
( she is a nice lady with cute mushroom bob)
got to know each and everyone else in my clan (pics will be uploaded soon ;)
The quest began soon aft lunch ended.
we were taught many cheers.
played station games in order to earn points for our Empire.
we did quite alright for the games
Next was to buid the towers for the war game the following day by using mainly newspaper.
we didn't have any inkling on what to do initially.....to be continued
thats about it for e first day.
sounded mundane tho BUT ITS NOT!

Day2
as usual, report to school in e morning for assembly.
attended some boring talks again before proceeding to finish up our towers.
it was quite last minute so our tower wasn't that nicely done.
but its alright. SOGDIANS POWER!
learnt the mass dance and college anthem.
ohhh the dance was lovely.
so lively and retro
the college anthem was a balm to my ears and it sounded like those national day songs(written by dick lee)
i love it :D
THE WAR BROKE OUT aft lunch.
the game is played like this:
we were suppose to protect our treasures under those towers from water bombs thrown by other Empires within a given boundary.
i was sooooo looking forward to get wet thus i became the defender.
but it wasn't really wet after all.
Amazingly none of our towers collapsed and we even stole treasures from other Empires.
and needless to say we were the champions for the war game (:(:

Day3
met up with fellow clan-mates before entering school.
morning assembly
didn't attend any dreary talk today. thank god
5h of Amazing Race~
we went to Admiralty for the game.
that place was like Mars to me
nevertheless we managed to complete it.
even though it was damn tiring because we sort of walked the whole area, we had loads of fun during the game.
that's the spirit mann!
had Mac lunch and back to school.
CCA talk.
cheerleading yeah!
after that different Empires were busy preparing for e JAM & HOP night.
we did something that was super duper cool.
unlike other Empires that dance along with a song.
PERSIANS stomped and rock the hall!
although we were not the overall champion, the bonds that we had and time that was spent together cheering for one another was better then anything else.
here comes the best part of the jam & hop
Lights off, music blasting
the hall was transformed into a dance floor.
seriously everyone went bonkers.
everybody was in high spirits, really really high
and started dancing for an hour plus non-stop
but all good things must come to an end
everything was back to its original form again
did our cheer for the last time ):

at that moment, i really felt quite sad.
after these three days of orientation, i have the sudden urge to study in a college and Innova is the place.
oh yea!
but i think i shouldn't make judgement now.
we shall see how it goes for the next 6 weeks.

i admit im slow.
it took me an hour to summarise all these.
im damn tired now

2007 has passed.
everything is gonna start afresh.
new year.new resolution.

Last day of 2007 was spent in Ben&Jerry's with 8 other scoopers plus Eric :D
had loads of fun.
we watched fireworks together,
countdown,
welcome the arrival of 2008
and spent the first few hours of the new year together (:
because of this, i was able to stay out till quite late for the first time in my life!
went for supper and home sweet home.
was knocked out by 5am.

slept for 4h before i was being woken up by mommy.
went to work.
feeling lethargic then, thus no mood for nonsense.

i seriouly need to sleep now.
